Your prompt and professional manner impressed me from the start. You extended every courtesy possible and that made the entire process run so much smoother. Whenever I needed something; whether an answer to a question or an exhaustive collection of listed properties to screen, you were always there for me and that was very important.

 

You went out of your way to resolve any issue that came up during this transaction and that was certainly a blessing. I remember when I couldn't reach anyone else by phone; I could always get a hold of you. And every time I had a question or issue directed to you, whether it was within your scope of responsibilities or not you followed through each time by resolving the issue quickly through the appropriate channel.

 

As you may recall when I came to you, I was in need of a residence rather immediately. It is unclear to me exactly what percentage of home purchases take place in the extremely short time frame as mine did, but I had every confidence in you for the task at hand and you never let me down. Most important of all, with you I felt as though I were the only client you had to perform for. If I hadn't known otherwise I would never have known you were simultaneously working with numerous others on locating properties. You were always accessible, always responded in a timely manner to any requests made and always represented yourself in a most positive, professional and courteous way.

 

You helped me before, during and after the actual home buying process and I don't expect this to be the last dealings we have with each other.
